Originality: In consideration of the opportunity to offer my design on the No Cap Drip Company site, and other good and valuable consideration, the adequacy and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, I, the artist, certify that the art that I am submitting is my original art and that I am the author and creator of such art. I acknowledge that the No Cap Drip Company (NCDC) reserves the right to accept or deny any submission with or without cause.

 

Ownership: I understand that I retain the rights to all artwork submitted to the NCDC regardless if it is accepted for use on NCDC products unless a negotiation of the sale of rights is agreed upon by both the artist and the company (NCDC).

 

Promotion and Publicity: I grant NCDC permission to publish in all media my name, artwork, and location for use in promotion through print media, television, and the internet. I further allow NCDC to release such information to other persons and entities. My name will be attributed to my pieces that are shown by NCDC or other persons or entities. 

Term: I understand that if my artwork is accepted for use on NCDC apparel, it will remain in use indefinitely. It is my responsibility to notify NCDC in writing or by email of my intent to cancel this agreement.

 

Sales of Artwork: I am responsible all tax implications related to any royalties earned through distribution on the NCDC website.
 

Waiver of Liability: Once I submit the forms electronically or by paper copy, I (the artist), my heirs, successors, and assigns, shall indemnify and hold the NCDC and appointed officers, volunteers, employees harmless from any and all claims, costs and liabilities for any artwork or reputational damage which is the result of reproducing, selling and displaying the artwork at on the NCDC website.

By submitting any artwork or design to NCDC, I acknowledge that I have read and understand all terms contained in the description for this Artist Agreement, and agree to be bound by the terms and stated expectations.
